1. Designated Copyright Agent

Send DMCA notices and counter-notices to our agent, registered with the U.S. Copyright Office:

Vibe Archives LLC
Attn: DMCA Designated Agent
1209 Mountain Road Pl NE, Ste N
Albuquerque, NM 87110, USA
Email: dmca@dupedb.net
Phone: +1 575-221-4516

Email is the fastest channel. This agent handles copyright matters only; for anything else, use the Contact page.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you own a copyright or is authorized to act for the owner, and believe material on DupeDB infringes it, send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent (Section 1) that includes all of the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list, if multiple).
  • Identification of the infringing material and enough information to locate it — ideally the exact URL on DupeDB.
  • Your name, mailing address, phone number, and email.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information is accurate, and — under penalty of perjury — that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf.

Notices missing these elements may not be valid. Knowingly misrepresenting that material is infringing can subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

3. Our Response

On receiving a valid notice, we will expeditiously remove or disable access to the material and make a reasonable effort to notify the affected user with a statement of reasons (including as required under the EU Digital Services Act). We may forward your notice, including your contact details, to the user who submitted the material.

4. Counter-Notification

If your material was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice to the agent above containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the removed material and the location where it appeared before removal.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, mailing address, and phone number.
  • A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the U.S. federal district court for your address (or, if outside the U.S., any district where DupeDB may be found), and that you will accept service of process from the party who filed the original notice.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the material in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the activity. Knowingly misrepresenting that material was removed by mistake can subject you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f).

5. Repeat Infringers

In appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, we will disable or terminate the accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.

6. Exploit Documentation Is Not Infringement

Factual documentation of how an exploit works is not itself copyright infringement and is not subject to takedown on copyright grounds. Copyright claims apply to specific protected material you own, such as uploaded images, video, or other media, not to the underlying factual description of an exploit. See our Content Removal & Takedown Policy for what we will and will not remove.
